Have you heard the BUZZ about what is happening at Oatka School of Glass here in Batavia, NY.  We are developing new classes for 2015.

Do you have friends and family visiting and looking for a fun and unique experience to share with them?  Create gifts in glass for entertaining, birthdays, anniversaries, or as part of a company team building session or just a girls or couples night out.

We are opening up the studio for Make-It-Now – 2 hour – classes for ALL ages.  You set the date and time for your group and then choose from a variety of Make-It-Now projects.

Projects include plates, bowls, sun catchers, channel plates, platters, and more! Work independently or as a family. Choose one object, or a few- just make sure you’ll have enough time to finish. Even if you’ve never worked with glass before, you’ll be able to make your own glass work of art!  All you have to do is show up!

We have pre-cut base circles and squares, frit, dots, stringers, noodles, strips, squares, and pre-cut shapes for you to combine in your own original design.  We even have an a library of idea books and slideshow of images if you need some inspiration!

We have hosted work “Team Building” sessions, birthdays, girls night out, girl scout troops, boy scouts, wedding showers, garden clubs, art clubs, library programs, seniors homes, home schooling requirement classes.  Kids and adults alike have a blast.  Your group can arrange to bring snacks and drinks to enjoy before, during or after your creation time here at Oatka School of Glass.
